1. QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

At IndoLooms, quality is our signature. We adhere to a strict "Zero-Defect" manufacturing goal for all our export consignments.

• Material Integrity: We guarantee the use of 100% Combed Cotton with a consistent 140-180 GSM weight as specified.


• Processing Standard: Every garment undergoes professional Bio-washing and Silicone softening to ensure the premium hand-feel promised to our clients.


• Pre-Shipment Inspection: All orders undergo a 4-point internal quality check covering stitching, color fastness, and sizing accuracy before packing.

2. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS POLICY

We are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our international partners.

• Lead Times: Standard production lead time is 21–30 business days from the date of receipt of advance payment.


• Shipping Methods: We offer flexible shipping options including Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight for urgent samples.


• Documentation: TNV International ensures all export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin, are accurate to facilitate smooth customs clearance at destination ports.

3. SAMPLING POLICY

To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a sampling program for serious wholesalers.

• Sample Orders: Prospective B2B clients can request a sample kit to verify fabric quality and sizing.


• Sample Fees: While samples are provided, shipping/courier costs are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.


• Approval: Bulk production only begins after the "Golden Sample" is approved by the client or our local representative.

4. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

As a B2B exporter, we stand behind our products.

• Defect Claims: Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of the shipment’s arrival at the destination port.


• Evidence: Claims must be supported by clear digital photos and video evidence of the reported issues.


• Resolution: In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing fault, we will provide a credit note toward your next order or ship replacement units in the subsequent consignment.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
