FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS) – INDOLOOMS

PRODUCT & QUALITY

What is the quality of IndoLooms T-shirts?

All our T-shirts are manufactured using premium 140 - 180 GSM, 100% Combed Cotton. They undergo a specialized Bio-wash and Silicone softening process for a luxury hand-feel and long-lasting durability.

What does "Bio-washed" and "Silicone Softened" mean?

Bio-wash is an enzyme treatment that removes peach fuzz from the fabric, preventing "pilling" (lint balls). Silicone softening adds a premium, smooth finish that makes the fabric comfortable against the skin.

Do your T-shirts shrink after washing?

No. We use compacted fabric technology to ensure shrinkage is kept below 3%, which is the international standard for high-quality apparel.

What is the "African Classic Fit"?

Through our market research, we developed a specialized pattern tailored for the African physique—offering more comfort in the shoulders and a slightly longer length than standard Asian fits.

Are your colors long-lasting?

Yes. We use high-quality reactive dyes with high color-fastness ratings, ensuring your Arctic White stays bright and your Midnight Black stays deep even after multiple washes.
